If you can answer yes to each statement below, you may be able to get WIC:

  • I am a parent of a child under age 5 (foster parents and guardians can apply), OR I am pregnant, breat feeding, or I just had a baby.
  • I live in Hawaii;
  • My family needs good nutrition; and
  • I, or we, receive Medicaid/Quest, Welfare or Food Stamps, OR have a household income that is equal to the guidelines listed at the State of Hawaii WIC site listed above.
KPHC-WIC program provides cost-effective, culturally sensitive WIC services that enhance client health and well-being. We provide direct services in the following languages:
Cantonese Illocano Tagalog
Chuukese Mandarin Vietnamese
English Samoan
